China McClain is an American actress and singer who is best recognized for having played the characters of Jennifer Pierce / Lightning in “Black Lightning” and Jazmine Payne in House of Payne. She gained recognition early in her career, when she was lead cast as Chyna Parks in Disney’s comedy and fantasy series “A.N.T. Farm”. She also won the 2014 NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Performance for her role in Disney’s A.N.T. Farm. Her first role was Alexis in the 2005’s Rob Hardy directed Christian drama film “The Gospel”.
