You should upgrade or use an alternative browser. This wooden DM Screen and dice tower is pretty incredible. It was posted by earliodookie. The structure is made of plywood, and contains space for printed inserts to be attached. Sadly, it's one of a kind, though if he went into business I'm sure he'd have a few customers lined up!

See more here, including images of the construction process.

Very cool!

I wish I had the skills & tools to do something like that. Impressive, to say the least.

Why can't they have a D&D themed The Price is Right episode, fill the seats with geeks galore, and have stuff like this as prizes?

Ah, excellent, I see that for this project he was referencing Gygax's table for tradeskills, advanced, woodcutting, on page 74 of the World of Greyhawk Fantasy Setting.

The only way he could have made it more authentic is by actually using the official D&D woodburning kit.

I'm not really a fan of dice towers myself (I just prefer rolling dice normally), but I like that they've put two sets of openings in theirs; one for the DM and one for the players!

Fantastic! There would be a market for this, especially if it comes with a second stand-alone dice tower for the players.
