Castle Vacation Rentals Hawaii has acquired West Maui vacation management company Chase ‘N Rainbows and Lahaina commercial laundry and vacation rental cleaning company Trinity Maid.
Castle Vacation Rentals Hawaii, a division of Honolulu-based Castle Hospitality Group, said the acquisitions will grow its vacation rental inventory and services, and “will further position the company as the premier vacation rental management company in Hawaii,” the company news release said last week.
The acquisition of Chase ‘N Rainbows increases Castle Vacation’s inventory to more than 700 vacation rentals on Maui, Molokai, Oahu, Hawaii island and Kauai, the news release said. Chase ‘N Rainbows had an inventory of more than 180 vacation rentals on more than 30 properties from Lahaina to Kapalua.
“We are excited to grow Castle Vacation Rentals Hawaii with the acquisition of West Maui’s largest vacation rental company and commercial cleaning company,” said President and CEO Alan Mattson. “The acquisition will allow us to further increase our footprint as the leader in the Hawaii vacation rental marketplace with the largest single source of Hawaii-specific vacation rentals.”
Chase ‘N Rainbows and Trinity Maid have grown together over the past two decades providing services for West Maui condominium owners, the news release said. Both companies first registered with the state in the early 1990s and list Carly J. Miller and Melinda Sue Miller as officers for both companies. Jeffery Miller also is listed as an officer on Chase ‘N Rainbows, state business records show.
Trinity provides cleaning services to more than 350 condos in West Maui, the news release said.
The terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Castle Hospitality Group is a hotel, resort and vacation rental management company with two brands, Castle Resorts & Hotels and Castle Vacation Rentals Hawaii. Castle Resorts & Hotels provides hotel and resort condominium management services, including operations, sales, digital marketing, revenue management, reservations and accounting with an on-property presence. Castle Vacation Rentals Hawaii is a new brand providing management of individual vacation rental properties, the news release said.
